together we do more
together we do more

There is only so much energy to be saved at home, so having done our best, a few of us joined together to run a co-op. Its aim is to generate electricity from PV arrays on Community buildings. The first array is about to go on the local hospital with 263 panels generating 76500 kWhrs per year.

The benefits are many: 35tonnes of Co2 per year saved, cheaper electricity for the Hospital, higher returns on the members investments than banks, a hedge against fossil fuel prices and the spirit to change things and do more for the community.

It feels great to be part of it
